I believe the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself — and I consider it a privilege to support that process. Based in Missoula, MT, I work with clients dealing with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply in need of real rest — offering massage therapy that's tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all session.

I've been practicing in Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley for over 20 years, and I trained at Sacred Roots Massage School here in Missoula, as well as the Heartwood Institute in Garberville, CA and Twin Lakes School of Healing Arts in Santa Cruz, CA. That training — across multiple traditions — is why I'm able to offer such a wide range of techniques: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Massage, and Fire Cupping.
